Kings of Leon Visuals 2007
Last year I produced 12 visuals for the Kings of Leon to accompany their 2007 UK Arena tour, this was a really exciting project for me to create such a variety of different clips which I set and edited to a strong, highly contrasted visual style. The clips we shot varied from devised performances, shot in a studio setting (the 'Medusa' pole dance by Dangerous Dolly & Scottee's 'Harold to Nancy'), to 'Bull Running' footage I captured on a trip to Spain. I also animated certain aspects of their 'Because of the Times' artwork to act as video backdrops on the mitrix screens. The LIVE shows were fantastic, with LIVE footage directed by Phil Woodhead, Stage and Lighting design by Paul Normandale, Lighting Direction by Ali Bale and Catalyst Operative Philip Haynes.
